DAMNED STATEMENT

Statement

I have been part of the DAMMED show since 2016, DAMNED has taught me to challenge myself. Thank you for your continuous support. I've stepped outside of my comfort zone and I've expressed myself more freely than I have my entire life. The pieces I have created are every representation of the inner demon, a calm and collective surface hides it all. The 2019 piece "Comfort in Agony" is by far my favorite piece that I have ever created. I feel that there's comfort within all that pain and agony, the days you'd want to spend crying and screaming should remind you that you're still human and alive and it is ok feel that way. The 2018 piece "Reflected Echo" represents the echoing sound, slowly fading and dissipating until its nothing. That feeling when your reflection can become so obscure, unnoticeable and completely lost, your reflection can dissipate when you no longer recognize yourself.
